Job summary

You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and employee experience for a 1.5M+ sq ft portfolio across 10+ countries. You will manage a regional team of 80 professionals, coach for high performance, and lead digital transformation with AI and data analytics while ensuring governance, risk, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large, multi-country facilities teams.
• Experience managing regional accounts and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and data analytics.
• Bachelor-level degree in FM/Engineering/Business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated FM service delivery across 1.5M+ sq ft in APAC.
• Lead regional team of 80 employees across 10+ countries.
• Drive digital transformation, AI tools, and data analytics.
• Ensure KPI delivery, risk, safety, and governance compliance.
• Partner with client stakeholders and internal leaders to meet contractual commitments.
