Abnormal AI is seeking a Strategic Events Manager to own end-to-end event execution across APAC, including major third-party events and flagship first-party programs. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to shape regional strategy and drive pipeline impact, with strong ownership of budgets and vendor relationships across time zones.

Formación

• 4-7 years' experience in B2B strategic events.
• Experience owning event strategy and budget across multiple regions.
• Strong program management and ability to work across time zones.
• Budget, vendor and contract management across multiple markets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all event logistics end to end and own deadlines and plans.
• Coordinate venues, staff schedules, booths, catering, AV, shipments, travel.
• Source agencies and production partners and manage contracts.
• Build run-of-shows and contingency plans for concurrent events.
• Coordinate invitation strategy and attendee communications market by market.
