Job summary

Cartier SG & ASEAN is seeking a Client and Events Intern to support client services, data analysis, and relationship building within the SG & ASEAN team in Singapore. You will help manage client engagements, assist with event activations, and contribute to press and client initiatives in the luxury retail space.

You will gain hands-on experience in a client-centric, luxury Maison environment, learning how to coordinate events, process inquiries, and support gifting and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• Passion for luxury retail and client relations management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of BI tools or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of client and event activations.
• Support coordination of events including online registration, logistics, and guest lists.
• Prepare post-mortem reports and competitive analyses on client engagement activities.
• Assist with client gifting, including gifts development, vendor management, inventory and logistics.
• Consolidate internal client service inquiries and provide resources to internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the Client and Events team as needed.
