LUXASIA, a leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, seeks a seasoned Regional Brand & Portfolio Strategy leader to drive growth across SEA/APAC markets. You will own brand strategy, oversee P&L, and collaborate with country teams, marketing, e-commerce and partnerships to deliver regional business objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in beauty/FMCG, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in beauty/FMCG/luxury/retail preferred
• Experience in regional SEA/APAC advantageous
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive regional brand and portfolio strategies.
• Monitor market trends and partner with markets for growth opportunities.
• Lead P&L ownership and ROI optimization for the region.
• Manage relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
• Lead regular business reviews and provide strategic insights.
