Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Reference Data Management Specialist to join a Global Bank team responsible for APAC reference data, including account-level data and standing settlement instructions to support trade processing. The role focuses on driving technical and non-technical improvements to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong program/project management skills including resource planning, risk/issue management, testing, training and implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of market products and how they relate to reference data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage reference data requirements for APAC Global Markets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive automation initiatives and process improvements across operations.
• Oversee offshore teams handling daily reference data requests and maintain key controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes and resolve escalations.
• Execute strategies for technology-driven enhancements and standardize change management.
• Maintain inventory of automation funding requests and manage delivery of ongoing changes.
• Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for streamlining and automating reporting.
• Continuously improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate updates clearly and manage stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
