Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a data-driven professional to join the APAC Global Banking & Markets AML Operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating data and regulatory reporting, dashboards, and governance across 12 APAC jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include preparing control reports, working with stakeholders, and driving process improvements to strengthen regulatory controls while managing timelines and data quality.

Qualifications

• University degree in compliance, operational risk, business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in business risk, project management and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail in a banking context.

Responsibilities

• Support tracking of requests and workload to identify patterns.
• Help transform reporting to focus on business controls and reduce regulatory risk.
• Create and maintain key risk metrics and coordinate with Audit, Risk and Process teams.
• Coordinate data preparation, control reports and ad-hoc requests with stakeholders.
• Prepare NFRR reports and liaise with owners and governance teams.
