OpenAI’s Global Events team in APAC seeks a Singapore-based Events Coordinator for a six-month contract to support planning and delivery of OpenAI events. Under guidance of the APAC Events lead and Event Manager, this role focuses on guest communications, registration, event administration and on-site logistics, with Singapore as the primary market and occasional APAC travel.

This position is based in Singapore and requires working from the office at least three days per week, with travel across

Qualifications

• Hands-on event support experience: registration, guest communications and on-site logistics.
• 2+ years for complex regional events.
• Based in Singapore with valid work rights in SG.
• Experience using Swoogo or similar event registration platforms and maintaining event pages/email communications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate guest lists, invitation tracking, and RSVPs.
• Build and maintain registration forms, landing pages, and guest emails in Swoogo.
• Coordinate employee travel, hotel blocks, event communications and on-site schedules.
• Support on-site registration, badge printing, guest arrivals and flow.
• Coordinate logistics with venues, caterers, AV providers and agencies.
