Job summary

Schaeffler (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance professional to oversee all CREM Asia Pacific activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost management and performance reporting.

You will partner with regional stakeholders, develop regional financial plans for real estate, manage CAPEX/OPEX, ensure IFRS and local GAAP compliance, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/real estate or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial real estate, with 3+ years in a multinational environment.
• Experience operating in a complex matrix with cross-geo collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance contact for CREM across the Asia Pacific region.
• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the regional real estate portfolio.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and insights on real estate performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, systems, and controls.
• Evaluate business cases for real estate projects (CAPEX/OPEX) and monitor costs.
• Provide financial support for real estate transactions (leases, acquisitions, disposals).
• Coordinate real estate risk management and governance across the region.
• Advise stakeholders on real estate transactions ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance.
