Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or pursuing undergrad
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and able to commit to a full-time internship
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite; eligible to work in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and related documents for abstraction of rent obligations, critical dates and clauses
• Analyze lease and portfolio data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
• Explore Generative AI projects aimed at improving operational processes and efficiencies
• Manage team mailbox and document workflow to meet turnaround-time KPIs
• Process and input rent invoices for colocation and data centers into lease database tool
• Identify opportunities for cost avoidance and process improvements in lease and payment operations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payments
