Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Economics, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and interpreting financial data.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn about commercial strategy.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, R, SQL or VBA is advantageous.
• Interest in commercial real estate outsourcing or corporate services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing models for APAC proposals, renewals and client pursuits.
• Gather, validate and analyze financial, operational and market data.
• Bench price and cost across countries, service lines and client needs.
• Prepare analyses, business cases and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, domain experts and account teams to collect data.
• Assist with client-facing proposals, pricing summaries and documentation.
• Assist with data visualization, reporting and presentation development.
• Maintain pricing databases and assumptions libraries.
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing with analytics and AI.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects for APAC Commercial Pricing.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Economics, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
