Job summary

NCS is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives across Singapore and the APAC region. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure quality, on time delivery, and adherence to processes and standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with network and server infrastructure, cloud platforms, virtualization, DR/BC planning, and public sector projects in Singapore, combining leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in managing infrastructure projects in Singapore/APAC.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (WAN/LAN/Voice/Video).
• Familiarity with security standards and data protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver and maintain projects within time, scope, and cost.
• Ensure project delivery quality and governance adherence.
• Plan schedules, quality plans, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Manage risks, issues, and scope disputes impacting schedule/cost.
• Oversee integration of hardware, software, and data migration tasks.
• Manage project financials including cost/revenue forecasts.
• Coordinate transition to operations per customer requirements.
