Job summary

LIBERTE HR SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Systems Business Partner to join the regional HR team.

The role focuses on DRIVING HR operational excellence, supporting HR systems optimisation and rollout across APAC, and working with payroll vendors to ensure compliant service delivery. You will support the Singapore and Oceania offices, lead HRMS enhancements and promote system adoption while maintaining governance and processes aligned with regional regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• At least 5 years HR operations experience.
• Hands-on payroll operations experience.
• APAC regional exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced payroll, compensation and benefits administration across APAC.
• Manage payroll vendors and external HR service providers for accurate, timely and compliant service delivery.
• Support the full employee lifecycle for Singapore and Oceania offices, including HR administration and engagement activities.
• Lead HRMS enhancement, optimisation and regional rollout and drive effective system adoption.
• Streamline HR workflows and drive continuous improvement across HR operations.
• Maintain HR governance, policies and processes in line with statutory requirements and best practices.
