Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in Singapore is seeking an Associate for APAC Corporate to support the Asia Pacific investments, including Japan, across origination, execution and monitoring. You will work with the APAC Managing Directors and learn from colleagues in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and Tokyo.

You will build robust financial models, conduct comprehensive due diligence, assist in drafting IC papers, and coordinate with offshore teams to support deal execution and portfolio

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with an economics degree qualification.
• Top-class financial modelling and financial analysis skills with exposure to LBO models.
• Japanese language skills plus strong written and spoken English capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Due Diligence/Closing and financial modelling: build and own models with KPIs and risks.
• Coordinate due diligence streams with external advisors and draft investment papers.
• Screen proposed deals based on investment criteria and assist debt financing negotiations.
• Prepare IC papers and offshore structuring in coordination with London team.
• Support portfolio management and value creation initiatives across APAC.
