Job summary

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in Singapore seeks an Associate for APAC Corporate to assist in executing investments across the Asia Pacific region, including Japan. You will work closely with Asia Pacific Managing Directors, support origination, execution and monitoring of investments, and coordinate with HR, legal and offshore teams.

This role requires strong financial modelling, diligence, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in private equity, top investment banking, or Big4 firms.
• Strong academic background with economics-related degree.
• Detailed knowledge of investment strategies and fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial modelling/return analysis with KPIs and risks.
• Coordinate due diligence with external advisors across financial, tax, commercial, legal and ESG areas.
• Support origination by networking and researching target companies; prepare investment materials.
