ICG is seeking a senior investment professional to support the Asia Pacific buyout strategy, with a focus on Japan. You will work with the Asia Pacific Managing Directors to originate, execute and monitor investments and build strong cross-border relationships across regional teams.

The role involves leading financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and producing high-quality investment materials while ensuring ESG considerations are embedded in all work.

Qualificações

• 10+ years experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Big4 advisory work.
• Strong academic background in economics or finance.
• Deep knowledge of ICG funds and investment strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own financial modelling and valuation analyses for Japanese market opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence with external advisors across finance, tax, commercial and legal aspects.
• Prepare investment papers and IC materials with rigorous financial analysis.
