Huda Beauty is seeking an Assistant PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to support and execute PR and influencer strategies across APAC with a strong Korea focus. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic planning, requiring a detail-oriented, relationship-driven marketer with deep influencer culture knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of PR and/or influencer marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in Korean (reading & writing) and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute PR and influencer marketing initiatives across APAC, with emphasis on Korea.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, press, and agencies.
• Coordinate outreach, contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track deliverables, performance, and posting schedules across campaigns.
• Maintain influencer databases, trackers, budgets, and campaign reports.
• Stay up to date on beauty, social media, and influencer trends in Korea.
