Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking an Assistant PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to drive PR and influencer campaigns across APAC with a strong focus on Korea. The role blends hands-on execution with strategic planning, stakeholder management, and market leadership.

You will need to navigate influencer culture, beauty trends, and regional nuances, building strong relationships with creators, press, and agencies while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of PR and/or influencer marketing experience.
• Experience in a PR agency or managing PR agency relationships is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in Korean (reading & writing required) and fluent in English.
• Deep knowledge of Korean culture, consumer behavior, and social media landscape for influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute PR and influencer campaigns across APAC, with emphasis on Korea.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, press, retailers, and PR agencies.
• Coordinate outreach, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups for campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results, monitor media coverage and influencer engagement, and provide insights.
• Lead PR events and brand activations for Korea and support cross-market initiatives.
