Sephora SEA is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to lead high-impact internal and external communications across the region. This role demands an exceptional writer, storyteller, and executor with experience in public relations, media relations, digital content creation, and presentation development.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of corporate communications experience, within an agency and/or MNC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven background in PR, marketing, executive profiling, project management and event management.
• Impeccable written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital/AI content creation tools.
• Existing local/regional media connections are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-impact internal and external communication strategies.
• Draft press releases, executive talking points, key messages, announcements, and corporate collateral.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media; manage proactive PR and profiling opportunities.
• Create compelling presentation decks and produce short-form digital content for platforms.
• Oversee corporate projects, internal activations, and events from conception to execution.
• Partner with departments to align messaging and deliver communication support.
• Leverage AI and content tools to drive productivity and creativity.
