Job summary

LVMH is seeking a People Services Partner to shape simple, human-centered and digitally enabled People Services across APAC from Singapore. You will deliver compliant, efficient, scalable services while improving the everyday experience of employees, HR colleagues and partners.

Fluency in Japanese and Korean is a plus, but diverse language capabilities are valued as part of connecting with stakeholders across markets. This is a 12-month contract role with global impact.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead governance design, operationalization and execution to ensure scalable operations and a user-friendly service experience.
• Lead the optimization of the service catalog, plan capacity and measure service levels to strengthen employee experience.
• Serve as escalation point for complex challenges, perform root cause analysis and deliver measurable solutions.
• Use automation and AI-enabled solutions to simplify processes, improve accuracy and user experience.
• Develop vendor performance management strategies and collaborate with external providers to optimize service delivery.
• Plan and transform service requests, coordinating across functions to improve the employee and HR partner experience.
• Design and implement a robust metrics and reporting framework to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead projects to enhance service delivery through lean thinking and digital tools across global operations.
