Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of payroll and labour laws.
• Strong interest in APAC payroll operations (Singapore & Malaysia).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Drive scalable, accurate payroll operations for Singapore, Malaysia, and others as needed.
• Process payroll, salaries, pensions, tax filings, and journal entries with timely submission.
• Update leave configurations per policy changes.
• Review and improve vendors’ service quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
