Capital Group in Singapore is seeking an APAC HR Operations & Solutions Analyst for a 10-month contract to support HR intake channels, policies, benefits administration, and data integrity. You will partner with global HR teams to deliver efficient processes and reliable employee data.

The role covers end-to-end lifecycle management from offers to termination, benefits administration, and reporting analytics, with opportunities to influence process improvements and collaborate across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manages HR intake channels and serves as the first point of contact for HR questions.
• Provides SME on HR policies, processes and tools; partners with other HR functions.
• Delivers accurate data and insights within HR systems.
• Manages end-to-end associate lifecycle from offer to termination.
• Supports benefits administration and absence tracking.
• Generates ad hoc reports and analytics.
