Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support regional payroll operations across APAC. You will partner with stakeholders and providers to ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR, accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Experience supporting payroll across APAC countries.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll activities across APAC markets with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse payroll data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve payroll issues.
• Drive process improvements focusing on efficiency, controls, standardisation, and automation.
• Assist with payroll projects, system enhancements, and regional implementations.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with local regulatory requirements.
• Support audits, compliance reviews and risk management.
• Maintain payroll documentation and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to delivering a seamless employee experience through payroll operations.
