APAC Payroll & HR Generalist – 1-Year Contract

Zusammenfassung

COFCO International is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Senior HR Generalist for a 1-year contract to support the APAC HR team. The role is hands-on with a lean team, covering end-to-end payroll for selected markets and managing outsourced payroll partners across APAC.

You’ll also handle HR life-cycle activities, reporting, compliance, and ad-hoc regional HR projects, while coordinating with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of Payroll /HR generalist or HR operations experience.
• Hands-on experience processing Australian payroll.
• Knowledge of Australia's Fair Work Act, NES, and Award interpretation.
• Experience managing both in-house and outsourced payroll models for the APAC region.
• Willingness to take on selected APAC markets and adapt to local requirements.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors; ADP Payline is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Payroll & Compliance: end-to-end payroll processing for assigned markets/countries.
• Manage vendor-run payroll operations and validate outputs.
• Review inputs/outputs for accuracy and statutory compliance; monitor regulatory updates.
• Conduct payroll checks, compliance reviews, and audits; support time-sensitive deliverables.
• People Services: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, HRIS updates for markets.
• Maintain data accuracy across HR systems; support reporting and compliance needs.
• Respond to HR/payroll inquiries across APAC; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead regional HR projects; drive process improvements and engagement activities.
