Job summary

Citi is seeking a seasoned Director-level professional for the Payments & Liquidity Sales role in the Asia Pacific region. The candidate will manage complex cash-management requirements for multinational clients and drive revenue by delivering end-to-end TTS solutions across CB/GNB segments.

You will lead deal strategy, negotiate pricing, coordinate approvals, and craft tailored responses to RFIs/RFPs while coordinating with product and country teams to win mandates and expand client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree is Good To Have.
• 15+ years of banking experience, with at least 10+ years of relevant transaction banking sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plays a leading role in setting and executing overall deal strategy for each deal, including solution structuring, pricing strategy and negotiation.
• Responsible for coordinating internal deal processes e.g. obtaining internal approvals / sign-off, closing, handover to implementation
• Deliver against client (i.e. deal wins) and act as a center of expertise in cash management solutions for regional client opportunities
• Support firm’s effort in building profitable, long-term client relationships and orchestrate delivery of superior products and services to corporate clients
• Work with external stakeholders to understand and address customers’ needs through responses and marketing materials
• Prepare responses to global/regional tenders (RFPs/RFIs) with various internal teams to position Citi to win mandates
• Develop and deliver presentations and marketing collateral for effective selling and mind share with clients
• Incorporate Citi’s TTS messaging into client communications and marketing materials
• Be a leading example and provide active guidance to junior team members
