Job summary

Cook Medical in APAC is seeking a seasoned senior leader to drive operational excellence, develop the General Managers, and implement market-specific plans across the region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, International Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-territory or multi-market operational environments.
• Experience directly managing General Managers, Market or Territory Managers, or equivalent senior leaders across multiple geographies.
• General understanding of APAC regulatory environments (e.g., PMDA — Japan, NMPA — China, KFDA — Korea, CDSCO — India).
• Advanced business acumen; experience managing or advising on operational P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong communication and executive presence; ability to influence senior executive leadership.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate organizational goals into clear operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across Cook Medical in APAC.
• Manage and develop the General Managers in the region.
• Establish and maintain operational standards across APAC markets.
• Drive collaboration among global functional departments representing the APAC region.
• Represent APAC operational interests in senior leadership forums and governance bodies.
• Manage hiring, performance, and rewards decisions for direct and indirect reports within the APAC Operations function.
• Ensure development and execution of market-specific strategic plans aligned with global corporate direction.
• Promote Cook Medical's reputation, values, and Code of Ethics across all APAC operations.
