Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, data science, or related field.
• 5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Cloud platforms expertise (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Networking and telecom tech (Layers 0-3).
• APAC telecom market knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• AI capabilities in enterprise setting.
• AI-assisted delivery and automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements capture with stakeholders and translate needs into solution requirements.
• Develop end-to-end connectivity designs and documentation.
• Own tender and bid lifecycle for telecom connectivity solutions.
• Embed resilience and operational risk controls into designs.
• Lead design reviews and governance; manage design exceptions.
• Design scalable, resilient infrastructure architectures.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams through bid/design lifecycle.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance governance.
• Support regional/global network strategy and mentor junior engineers.
• Utilize enterprise AI to accelerate analysis and design documentation.
• Apply reuse-first AI and ensure traceability of changes.
