Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software or infrastructure engineering with 5+ years of applied experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related discipline
• 5+ years of full-stack network design and deployment
• Knowledge of two or more areas of infrastructure engineering (SD-WAN, fabric switching, Wi‑Fi, network security)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Ansible)
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support infra workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness
• Ability to review AI-assisted recommendations before implementation and ensure resiliency and security

Responsibilities

• Applies deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to analyze complex data and systems
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and document mitigation options
• Partners with platforms to architect changes to resolve issues and modernize processes
• Executes conventional approaches to break down technical problems
• Drives multiple complex programs and thought leadership within the product line
• Collaborates with application and infrastructure teams to identify capacity risks and remediation statuses
• Ensures infrastructure engineering complies with security, risk, and business objectives
