Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, data science or related field.
• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts with 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and networking services.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements capture with stakeholders and translate needs into defined solution requirements.
• Develop end-to-end connectivity designs and supporting design artifacts.
• Own tender and bid lifecycle for telecom connectivity solutions in APAC.
• Embed resilience, risk controls, and governance into designs and standards.
• Manage supplier relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Support regional/global network strategy and adopt emerging technologies.
