Job summary

GRAND HYATT SINGAPORE is seeking a Senior / Sales Manager - MICE to drive revenue growth through strategic account management, proactive business development, and building strong client relationships within the MICE segment.

You will identify new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of key accounts, and secure group and event business while collaborating with Sales & Marketing and hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within the MICE, corporate, or events segment.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Highly organised, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel sales systems is advantageous.
• A proactive team player who can work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
