You will oversee onboarding, enablement programs, performance forecasting, and structured business reviews across APAC markets to drive revenue and market readiness while ensuring compliance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of Channel Sales, Business Development, and/or Distributor Management experience in Medical Devices/MedTech.
• Experience with Southeast Asia distributor networks and MedTech distribution landscape.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new distributors across APAC markets with required commercial, operational, product, and technical capabilities.
• Develop and execute channel enablement programs to strengthen distributor capabilities in sales, product knowledge, solution positioning, demand generation and customer engagement.
• Own performance management of indirect business across APAC markets, tracking revenue, bookings, sell-through, pipeline and profitability; drive forecasting and action plans.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with distributors and leadership teams; translate insights into measurable actions with timely follow-through.
• Drive pipeline management across distributor ecosystem to improve sales productivity and accelerate revenue growth.
• Establish distributor governance standards to ensure operational quality and compliance with policies and contracts.
