Job summary

Medtronic Singapore Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager APAC to shape and execute the regional e-commerce strategy across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore with a flexible work model, you will lead online channels, marketplaces, and digital merchandising while partnering with regional and global stakeholders to drive growth.

You will own revenue targets, optimize pricing and product assortment, and build cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital commerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree advantageous.
• 7+ years of relevant experience including leadership roles.
• Experience developing and executing e-commerce/digital commerce strategies across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute APAC eCommerce strategy across markets.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Manage online sales channels including DTC and marketplaces.
• Lead digital merchandising, content optimization, and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, finance, and operations teams.
