Job summary

ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions is seeking a driven sales professional to lead regional growth across APAC for capital equipment and associated services. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers, while achieving sales targets and KPIs in a dynamic market.

The role requires proactive business acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in medical devices or related capital equipment sales.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare industry, preferably medical devices or capital equipment sales.
Proven ability to develop and execute territory plans and achieve sales KPIs.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Develop territory plans and structured customer engagement activities.
Promote to PAD segments and targeted healthcare customer groups.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Support market evaluations of new products and capital equipment.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of customer interactions and activities.
Collaborate with internal teams on strategic and marketing initiatives.
