Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced finance professional in Singapore to manage customer credit limits, review contracts, and oversee revenue recognition for Singapore and Thailand. The role focuses on AR management, aging analysis, and timely collections, with cross-border collaboration to ensure compliance with corporate policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in finance/accounting, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting; 3+ years in AR management or credit control preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel; experience liaising with Thailand operations is a plus.
• Core competencies include excellent communication and coordination, risk identification, problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability to multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer credit limits and approvals; review credit terms and potential risks in sales contracts.
• Review and ensure contract terms comply with credit policies and financial regulations.
• Perform revenue recognition for Singapore and Thailand entities and support audits with documentation.
• Handle AR accounting and reconciliation; resolve disputes and aging; prepare monthly aging reports.
• Lead AR process improvements and automation; regularly report collection status to management.
