Job summary

HARTING Technology Group in Singapore seeks an APAC Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics across Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, you will coordinate freight, customs, warehousing, and 3PL partnerships, ensuring compliant, cost-effective movement of goods while driving standardization and digitalization.

You will manage shipments, negotiate with carriers, monitor KPIs, implement SOPs, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance to align logistics with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field; extensive experience may substitute.
• 4–6 years of logistics/supply chain experience, with regional APAC exposure.
• Proficiency in SAP WM/EWM; hands-on with TMS/WMS and digital freight tools.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore TradeNet and APAC import/export rules.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound shipments across APAC by air, sea, and road.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor shipment milestones and resolve delays or disruptions.
• Drive digitalization of freight booking, tracking, and reporting via TMS platforms.
• Oversee warehouse/inventory operations and 3PL coordination.
• Ensure import/export compliance across APAC jurisdictions and manage trade documentation.
• Validate freight invoices, track KPIs, and support cost reporting.
• Lead SOP development and continuous improvement across APAC logistics.
