Job summary

CT AUDIO VISUAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team in Singapore.

You will coordinate and deliver a wide range of live events and technical projects across the APAC region, managing client relationships and on-site execution. Ideal candidates have a background in live events or AV production and are highly organized, technically inclined, and able to work independently or in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in live events, AVL, production, or project coordination/management.
• Solid knowledge of AVL systems and on-site integration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CAD experience (Vectorworks/AutoCAD/SketchUp) is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel across APAC and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events from initial brief through to on-site execution and close-out.
• Act as main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend client meetings, site recces, and technical planning sessions.
• Support or lead project budgeting, quotations, and cost monitoring.
• Coordinate freelance crew and technical show operators for events.
• Manage logistics: crew scheduling, transport, and on-site substitutions.
• Supervise on-site setup and teardown for smooth execution.
