Job summary

InternSG is seeking an experienced AV technician to support live events in Singapore. You will mix audio for live events, operate and setup AV equipment, and manage lighting gear across MPH, Seminar Hall and studios. The role includes coordinating with organizers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, on-scope delivery.

The candidate will also handle post-event tasks, including handover, backups, and documentation, while maintaining equipment and inventory for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 yrs live events experience in audio mixer and its controls.
• Set up and operate AV equipment per requirements with expertise on setup.
• Perform audio mixing in live events at MPH and other studios.
• Perform audio editing and postproduction work.
• Responsible for lighting equipment; conduct stocktaking and inventory checks.
• Ensure equipment is available in MPH, Seminar Hall and other studios and maintained.
• Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot lighting-related problems.
• Collaborate with event organizers, internal teams and vendors to deliver on time and within scope.
• Manage event schedules, cue sheets and production timelines during live events.
• Assist with post-event tasks including recording handover, data backups and technical documentation.

Responsibilities
