Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Singapore seeks a Liquidity Solutions Product Manager to work with country and regional partners to gather requirements, expand product capabilities, and develop business cases for investments. You will craft commercialization strategies and train partners on product mechanics and selling guidelines.

You will also manage day-to-day priorities, support clients during implementation, and ensure robust onboarding and servicing procedures across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Transactional Services, Cash or Liquidity Management.
• Treasury product/operational or business management experience.
• Liquidity Services product knowledge across geographies (APAC preferred).
• Strong stakeholder partnerships and execution credentials.
• Understanding of liquidity regulatory and control environment, APAC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with country and functional partners to gather requirements and expand product footprint in the region.
• Identify gaps, prioritize enhancements, and develop business cases.
• Develop commercialization strategy and value propositions, including internal/external communications.
• Create and deliver product training for partners on mechanics and selling guidelines.
• Manage day-to-day product priorities and provide expert support to front, middle, back offices.
• Provide direct client support during/after implementation and ensure onboarding procedures.
