Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Executive Director in Structured Investments Distributor Marketing Sales to lead APAC coverage of private banks and family offices, originating complex fixed income–focused structures and scaling the distributor franchise across the region.

You will coach junior sales talent, ensure best‑in‑class execution, governance, and risk management while building senior client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Formación

• 10+ years’ experience in structured investments or fixed income sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Senior coverage of APAC private banks or family offices with strong revenue track record.
• Deep expertise in bonds, credit, and rates structures, documentation, and execution.
• Leadership in originating complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
• Strong stakeholder management with trading, legal, risk, and operations.
• Public speaking and client advisory skills; credibility with senior decision makers.
• High numeracy; proficient in market tools and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead origination and execution of complex fixed income–focused structured products for distributor clients.
• Define and drive the commercial strategy for targeted PB/FO segments; expand wallet share.
• Deliver market views and structured trade ideas aligned to client objectives and risk appetite.
• Partner with trading and structuring to design payoff designs and optimize pricing and risk transfer.
• Oversee governance: documentation, controls, suitability, and post‑trade follow‑through.
• Build senior relationships with key decision makers across PBs and family offices.
• Use data and client analytics to prioritize opportunities and measure performance.
• Mentor and develop junior team members; lead training for distributor channels.
• Coordinate cross‑asset collaboration to deliver integrated solutions and campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal risk frameworks.
• Represent the franchise in client events and platform reviews.
