Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Singapore seeks an Associate in APAC Treasury Markets to support coverage of Markets products and contribute to liquidity and balance sheet projects across APAC. You will collaborate with teams to optimize funding and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Python and SQL, plus knowledge of US liquidity risk and ALM concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
At least 2 years in Treasury with exposure to US liquidity risk requirements.
Ability to analyze the liquidity and balance sheet impacts of Markets products.
Knowledge of funds transfer pricing, liquidity premium, and asset and liability management.
proficient Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to APAC Markets lead.
Monitor and manage funding and liquidity impacts from specific Markets activities, and liaise with Corporate Treasury to optimize funding.
Support initiatives to address legal entity capital, liquidity and funding issues, and allocate corresponding costs to operating businesses.
Develop analytical tools and dashboards to monitor funding costs, liquidity metrics, balance sheet utilization, stress scenarios, and internal pricing signals.
Build up to date knowledge of global and local regulations related to balance sheet and Treasury management.
Conduct due diligence and review of new business initiatives and products.
Assist with presentations intended for the businesses and senior management.
Enhance Corporate & Investment Bank Treasury Management Information System in the region.
