Job summary

Harvey in Singapore is seeking a Legal Engineer Manager to lead and grow the pre-sales Legal Engineering team across APAC, bringing legal credibility, product knowledge, and consultative support to law firms and in-house teams. You will work with Account Executives to drive the legal strategy and client engagements.

The role requires a qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE and proven leadership, with deep familiarity with legal tech and AI tools.

Experience managing a team.
Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers, setting clear performance expectations and building a high-trust, high-output team culture.
Own the quality and consistency of Harvey's pre-sales legal engineering function, ensuring demos, discovery conversations, and deal support are delivered to the highest standard.
Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership to prioritise, develop deal strategy, and support conversion on complex or strategic opportunities.
Engage with lawyers at prospective customers to understand and address their workflow challenges.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to feed field insights into positioning, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
Lead product demonstrations tailored to various law firm practice groups and in-house teams, showcasing Harvey's value.
Act as the Voice of the Customer to help the sales team and product team synthesize feedback.
