Job summary
Harvey is scaling its pre-sales function in APAC and seeks a Legal Engineer Manager to lead a team in Singapore. The role provides senior leadership to engineers who bridge legal practice with Harvey’s AI-enabled platform, supporting law firms and in-house teams.
You will guide workflows, educate customers, and partner with Sales to win complex deals while shaping the product by feeding legal insights back to the team. Travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE.
- Experience managing a team and driving performance.
- Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Engineers with clear performance expectations.
- Own the quality and consistency of the pre-sales legal engineering function.
- Partner with Account Executives and GTM leadership to prioritise and support complex opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand workflows and address their needs.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to feed field insights into roadmap and strategy.
- Lead product demonstrations tailored to various law firm and in-house practice areas.
- Act as Voice of the Customer to inform sales strategies and product feedback.
- Travel to customer sites and offices as needed.
