Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an APAC Learning Deployment Lead to execute the regional learning strategy, coordinating the delivery calendar and end-to-end programmes across APAC. You will partner with Learning Design Managers, HCEs, and People Partners to gather needs, manage budgets, and drive high-quality delivery through virtual and on-site sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading regional learning deployment across multiple, complex programmes and projects.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team development capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior partners and vendors.
• Solid project and programme management including scope, change, risk, quality, budget and procurement.
• Experience with SOWs, purchase orders and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Learning & Development strategy by planning and deploying the annual APAC learning delivery calendar.
• Partner with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and align with priorities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of programs across APAC.
• Lead regional deployment of complex learning programmes end to end.
• Oversee program management plans including scope, change, and budget management.
• Coordinate event management, facilitator resourcing and on-site delivery support where needed.
• Host learning programs in-person and virtually and manage the regional facilitation pool.
• Support measurement of ROI and continuous improvement through data.
