Job summary

Aon plc in Singapore seeks an APAC Learning Deployment Lead to drive the regional learning strategy by planning and deploying the APAC delivery calendar and overseeing end-to-end programmes. You will ensure delivery aligns with global priorities and meets high standards.

You will manage stakeholder relationships across APAC, lead programme planning and budgeting, coach facilitators, and measure ROI to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional learning deployment across multiple complex programmes.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capability.
• Ability to translate global priorities into a regional delivery calendar.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with diverse partners.
• Strong project and programme management including scope, risk, budget, forecasting, resources and procurement.
• Experience handling SOWs, purchase orders and Cvent processes.
• Event management and delivery oversight across virtual and in-person learning programmes.
• Forecasting and tracking programme spend.

Responsibilities

• Execute the APAC learning delivery calendar aligned to global and regional priorities.
• Partner with Learning Design Manager, HCE and People Partners to identify learning needs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across APAC including leaders, vendors and partners.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of multiple, complex programmes across APAC.
• Embed deployment processes with PM plans, scope, changes, quality, risk, cost and procurement.
• Coordinate event planning, facilitator resourcing and on-site delivery support.
• Facilitate and host learning sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Maintain the regional facilitation pool and train new facilitators.
• Support ROI measurement and continuous improvement across programmes.
• Forecast and track programme expenditure and manage budgets.
