Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking a Regional L&D Coordinator to support APAC learning programmes and develop facilitation skills under strong leadership mentorship. The role involves coordinating multi-location programmes, handling logistics, and supporting virtual and in-person initiatives across APAC.

You will work with regional and global stakeholders, manage LMS records, and engage in workshop design with ongoing development from experienced L&D leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, HR Generalist, Talent Development or related HR function.
• Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities for multiple programmes and stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in a global reporting environment.
• Experience supporting training programmes, workshops or learning operations.
• Familiarity with LMS, MS Office and virtual learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional learning and development programmes, workshops and milestone training events across APAC locations.
• Manage end-to-end programme logistics: participant communications, venue and vendor coordination, materials, travel and event admin.
• Support planning, development and implementation of virtual and in-person learning initiatives with stakeholders.
• Administer LMS, maintain training records, generate programme reports and support learning analytics.
• Assist with workshop design, engagement activities and co-facilitation with mentorship from L&D leaders.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external training providers and facilitators.
