Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific is seeking an APAC Senior Lab IT Specialist based in Singapore. You will bridge complex digital products with regional business needs, ensuring seamless project delivery and robust system integration across RIS and RDS.

You will lead regional initiatives, provide high‑level technical support for LIS and diagnostics integration, mentor staff, and drive continuous process improvements while traveling up to 40% internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years in clinical diagnostics.
• Expert-level LIS integration and diagnostics product experience.
• Strong knowledge of network topology, Linux, SQL and HL7/ASTM interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence and lead regional initiatives across APAC.
• Provide high-level LIS support and oversee product integration and project delivery.
• Mentor team members, drive knowledge transfer and implement process improvements.
