Job summary

STARLIMS in Singapore is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver accurate, timely technical support for STARLIMS products across the customer lifecycle. You will manage incidents, perform remote analysis, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience with SQL, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and RDMS, plus strong communication in English. Onsite work within Singapore and travel as needed are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience troubleshooting software problems and providing customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, geographically diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned support tickets from submission to resolution.
• Develop expertise in STARLIMS configuration and functionality.
• Perform remote analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain clear communication with customers to drive satisfaction.
