Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to support pre-sales for laboratory informatics across the Asia Pacific region. You will develop in-depth product expertise in CDS/LIMS configurations and support regional sales teams with technical recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in analytical instrumentation, familiarity with CDS/LIMS/ELN/SDMS, and experience in regulated pharma/medical device environments. Travel to regional partners may be involved.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with analytical instruments.
Experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales involving CDS and LIMS.
Experience in field-based sales, pre-sales, or distributor support environments.
Familiarity with laboratory informatics solutions such as CDS, SDMS, LIMS, ELN, and analytics platforms.
Experience working in regulated environments within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries.
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, analytical instrumentation, and customer solution requirements.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POC activities.

Responsibilities

Support pre-sales activities for lab informatics solutions across APAC.
Develop and maintain product expertise in software configurations and capabilities.
Provide technical and sales support to regional sales teams.
