in Singapore is seeking an experienced Informatics Support Specialist to strengthen post-sales support and training across APAC via regional partners and subsidiaries. Responsibilities include managing support and training for partners, delivering technical post-sales support for Informatics products like LabSolutions, and addressing customer inquiries promptly to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in laboratory informatics products (CDS/SDMS/LIMS/ELN).
Experience in installation, configurations, troubleshooting and maintenance of CDS/SDMS.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA/EU/PIC/S) and data integrity (ALCOA+).
Willing to travel 20–30% as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Support and Training Management for relevant Partners.
Provide timely post-sales technical support for Informatics products.
Respond to customer and partner inquiries to resolve issues promptly.
Deliver comprehensive technical training and update materials for Partners and Customers.
Maintain knowledge of LabSolutions features, configurations, and workflow.
Create knowledge-based documents on software features and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with business teams on pre-sales technical queries.
