Job summary

In this role you will analyze data, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvements while aligning with Global Service Guidance, working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment across APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Medical Technology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Foundational instrument hardware knowledge and strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and data tools; Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 3 technical support for Abbott instruments and automation hardware.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate field investigations on-site.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and manage expectations.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, and drive improvements in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in service activities.
• Collaborate with Global Service and APAC teams to reduce cost of service.
