Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in APAC seeks an APAC WKO associate to support Know Your Client onboarding, remediation and renewals, partnering with multiple teams to ensure timely onboarding and documented due diligence, including leveraging AI to enhance processes.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding requests end-to-end, driving process improvements, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Credit and Operations to address risks and ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of KYC/Onboarding experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and standards.
• Experience with corporate clients, FIs, SPVs, funds, etc.
• Proficient with MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage new business and KYC onboarding and remediation requests end-to-end.
• Identify process improvements, including AI usage, and guide initiatives.
• Drive the transformation program and change management strategy.
• Guide clients through KYC requirements and documentation.
• Analyze client ownership structures from public sources.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Credit and Operations to escalate risks.
